Purity and sincerity in the implementation of UN

Indonesian education system is still much hope of the 1945 Constitution of the intellectual life of the Nation. This can be seen from the UN system (National Exam). There are certain areas the implementation of the National Exam only as a symbol. because the implementation of UN assisted students in the form of giving students the answer key. this is done because of the regulatory instructions from superiors. Proven now new students now. when tested mathematical ability far from expectations. if we compare with the value at which SKHUN math scores an average of seven upward even until there are eight. This is the common task, but the central government should indeed truly active in monitoring implementation of the UN. this only as an input to the government for future implementation of the UN and truly useful to the intellectual life of the nation and state. this is not a criticism but simply as an input.
